Your subscription (User Name / Password combination) will automatically renew every month or for whatever length you selected to join. Your card will be recharged unless you request a cancellation of your membership. In other words, if you join on July 5th you will be billed on that date and your subscription will automatically renew again on the 5th of the following month or for whatever length you selected.

When joining the Fan Club & entering your major credit card information, please be sure to input your correct Billing Street Address & correct Billing Zip Code that appears on your monthly statement that you receive. If you do not, our credit card server will advise us that there is not a match to either one of those, or to both of those, your subscription will be deleted from the system. If your statement lists your Street Address as an "Avenue", do not input "Ave." as that will show up as a non-match.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS (UPDATED 1/02/2008):
Purchaser agrees to notify us of Cancellation of their membership via e-mail, Click here. Purchaser understands that if he/she Cancels his/her membership then purchaser understands that NO REFUNDS will be issued for any used or unused portion of their membership(s). If you Cancel 20 minutes after you subscribe you will still be charged for the monthly membership. Instant access does not mean free preview. Purchaser also understands that he/she must completely provide this Required Information: Website Fan Club joined or Package Option subscribed to; Member's Name joined under; Active User Name and Active Password. Otherwise the Cancellation will not be accepted until we have all the Required Information.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON FAN CLUB MEMBERSHIPS.

BE ADVISED THAT ANYONE CAUGHT SHARING OR POSTING PASSWORDS WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY LOST REVENUE...INCLUDING BANDWIDTH CHARGES, MEMBERSHIP FEES, ETC.
